We have all been there. Taking care of our face well, but giving the neck and decollete area less
than adequate care. It does catch up eventually. There are a few things to improve the appearance of the neck.
Neck exercises:

Touch L ear to L shoulder (stretching your neck) while sitting upright in a chair with both hands holding the sides of the seat (hold 20 seconds/20 times). Repeat on the right side.
Touch your chin to chest and stretch your tongue towards the chest as far as possible (hold 20 seconds/20 times).

Platelet Rich Plasma Procedures There is a novel approach called “microcoring” that has recently been developed which removes micro areas of skin that heal with the resulting skin tightening effect due to excess skin removal.
Each of these procedures is effective but at varying degrees based on multiple factors, Like selection of appropriate skin type, health, age, machine used, post-care, a provider that performs, expectations of the patient, prior experience, training, etc…
Aesthetic consultation prior to committing to a procedure may be helpful; but, at each place, you will mostly get information about what they have when you go for a free consultation (which does make sense, they do a free consultation to educate you of what they do in the office). But, opting for a paid aesthetic consultation would give you a good idea of your skin condition, requirements, options, and ideal choices that fit your budget at any place not just at the spa you go to.
